If i read your post correctly, you are telling me that he filed the REGDEX so that he could sell stock to accredited investors, not to dump them on the open market, and that there will be no dilution of the share structure, and he implied that they have already started to buy back the stock

From this I infer that the sale of the securities related ro the REGDEX was consummated almost immediately, several weeks ago, and that the share structure has not increased since then, but appears to be going down

Is that a good read on my part??
