4HeAlone's Response
Hi duke, this is my answer to your question and to the question in every board members mind. Before you read it:
I want to say that I became mod along time ago when the last mods bailed and investors felt like they were left holding "the bag." Someone needed to step in and that's what I did in an attempt to keep the board a float for those invested.
For what it's worth, the ceo and I have spent the last year or so building a rapport and yes I know that there are possibly as many opinions on that as there are posters on the board. I have done so for the sake of those invested to help them recieve a return on their individual investments whether that means break even or hang in there longer and make a profit..the decision as to when to get out is an individual one.
I have read today on other boards about people questioning the credibility of the mods on this board as if they have none and the poster was glad they were brought up "right" They went on to say they had been holding for over a year (meaning there was a time they couldn't have sold if they wanted to).
In the next sentence they said that because of this they were glad they were able to sell this week and make over a 150% profit.
Well, please RE-READ the above bolded second paragraph. Your next thoughts are on you if there is a conclusion to make.
Though I seldom feel the need to defend myself ..I will say that I, nor have I allowed the mods to post anything untrue and intentially distorted to play on investors. I will take any and all HEAT for anything said on this board. If some have an issue with integrity related to the mods, then let it be with me. I'm the head mod..leadership has responsiblities no matter what the position.
As mod, I personally have not sold a share. Yes, at times I have thought about selling a few to reposition myself a little, but I have not done that (probably only because I didn't get around to it). I have not sold for two reasons. One, I would not sell even if I thought it was a matter of getting out while the getting is good, and leave everyone else hanging, and second I believe in the company and I believe that the ceo will come through. In the wildest chance that I'm wrong..I will be the first to say so. I have no problem with being wrong.
Thank you for allowing me to vent...because you have been forced to read the above to get to the below. These things normally do not bother me..I guess it was just the board I read it on.
I say all that to say..you read the following..it is part and parcel of my phone conversation with ceo in the last hour or so. All who read this must decide for themselves about the close today and what next week will bring.
I personally believe that next week will be good.

yes I talked with ceo. he said interms of diultion/selling by them of course they can only sell to investors who inturn sell to us..you probably know that..he then ask if I called the TA because he was implying that they have not sold to their "investors" for some time.
We talked about news next week and he said "well you know that I've told you that news is coming out next week" and then he reminded me that one of their partners mentioned to him that he has to be more careful interms of certain types of notification.
I then asked.."if I call the TA Monday morning will they tell me there has been an increase in the share structure...he then said they may tell you there has been a decrease..then in mid sentence he said no there will not have been an increase.
He then said you know that I've told you that we are going to release specific information soon about the buy back. All I can say is we plan to release news in a pr next week, but I cann't tell you what..(ref the above comment about their partner)
