A r/s doesn't mean it will start trading at 2.5 cents it could spike up to what it should be worth instead of staying extremely undervalued at 2.5 cents they said they were doing something with shares valued at 1 dollars so maybe we get a price spike to 1 dollar?
I know another stock that did a r/s in may and should have been trading around 80 cents but after the r/s went up to around 10 dollars
also what does the merger mean?
" In order to ease the regulatory burdens associated with maintaining a minimum number of stockholders in order to list our stock on a regional or national exchange, our Board of Directors has elected to effect a merger with Great Lakes Water Association, Inc., a Nevada corporation. Great Lakes has 778 shareholders. We expect the merger to become effective following our advance notification to certain regulatory authorities, following an action by our principal stockholders, and following the additional approvals and consents required of Great Lakes' principal stockholders. Distribution will survive the merger."
as well as them buying 81.6% of Residential Income Properties, Inc ...
I know the housing crisis going on but really
it could be good...
my sister and brother in law deal with a lot of real estate and they are looking at buying a place for around 1 mil that brings in 120,000-200,000 a year from rent after paying on the loan they will be making about 60K profit a year
and have the placed payed off in 10 years and be making the 120K-200K profit
what im getting at is I think the realestate dmgs will be the same way once they get the houses built
