I don't know, we'll see, but I doubt it will trade up to $1 right after the reverse split. Only time will tell though. I don't know exactly how that 10M share offering at a price of $1 per share really works.

I think what's going on here is that this company is setting up to be really big in the coming years.

There wasn't even any mention of the granite quarry, LOL.

DMGS is not simply about getting the houses built. That is only one small aspect and only accounts for just slightly more than 25% of its assets. You've got to be looking at the bigger picture, although building the houses is something of a physical nature that does have a lot of value in more terms than money.

In order for that to happen the company needs investors/buyers of stock... No Bid currently doesn't appear anyone wants it..

Now with all these new associated companies and shareholders maybe we'll see some interest and a volume spike next few weeks.. Then again, the stock may get beat back down to sub-penny and flounder forever...

They have basically set the r/s terms and the S-1 probably won't be filed/take effect immediately, so we may have a window to see the pps climb...

One would think they'd want the pps well past 0.10 post-r/s and not down to .01, makes a big difference on any potential dilution/shares for acquisitions, etc..
