Yes, the penny aspect is still in play. I think their intentions are to eventually uplist beyond the OTCBB and Pinksheets, that has been my impression. The lack of shareholders is definitely holding them back. Last update, the number of shareholders was only 47, I think they need 300. The merger will definitely take care of that, but I would like more info on the Great Lakes company with the revoked status. That part doesn't sound too reassuring.
