I agree, in this case the bad news is good news. The managment is following through with what they said they would do.
It must have been painfully hard for GTEM to release this knowing how bad they were going to be. In my opinion, they had a perfect opportunity to walk away from this situation and close the doors of GTEM, rather they are fighting back and they have yet to choose that option. If they had no plans in continuing the companies work/dream, why go through all this effort (continued development of the strats) and humiliation (horrific financial restatements) on their behalf?
Now that all of this information is public, it will always hang with JL and team. That means if they make something of this company, they are the heroes that have succeeded; rather than shell artist who continually opens/closes companies that walk away and start up another shell. I know this would drive me to be even more successful if I were in their position... wouldn't it for you?
