I generally agree with your sentiments and am also glad this has come to pass as opposed to the alternative of passing away.

The motivation may have much to do with the possibility of avoiding the lawsuits of angry shareholders (stakeholders?) should the doors close, but we needn't discuss that further, since it is not the case.

We're still sucking air. Now if it can be shown that we don't just suck.

Would have been very, very easy for the company to just close its doors, file for protection, and then start this company all over again either in Germany or Isreal. They chose to rise above that, and make what I would say is a GREAT EFFORT to salvage the company and at least try to protect its legion of shareholders.... "the cult" as it were. Makes me proud to be one of those cult members that stuck it out. Dam proud.
Is it too soon?..... Oh, what the hell.....
