Flatsixer: sent my emails yesterday for what I would call damage control. All shareholders should do that when a good co.s share price plummets. Co.s reserves are amazing in itself and the low o/s is really a value.

they made the statement in their filing...they gave the steps that they were taking to attempt to resolve this and also stated what would happen if it didn't get resolved. I don't know that they can give anymore additional information than what they gave.

at any point a company can issue shares that could create dilution...I believe, not sure, I saw this stock at 04 in the not too distant past. While revenues are positive they don't secure a pps minimum
