"To that end I've emailed a few in the company suggesting that they make a statement in reply to the Laurus material event. I suggest everyone here do the same."

they made the statement in their filing...they gave the steps that they were taking to attempt to resolve this and also stated what would happen if it didn't get resolved. I don't know that they can give anymore additional information than what they gave.
