Yes, they can and they should. My term "defensive PR" is pretty amateurish, I know lol, but it works to quell panic that the company isn't concerned about the commons.
It makes a huge diffence in the eventual share price base settling over the next 5-7 Market days.
Press them...they owe the supporting shareholders guidance to confirm the integrity of day to day operations and cashflow.
Otherwise, some idjet is gonna be posting BS crap on this board that they called NCEY and no one answered the phone or IR won't call them back, or yada yada yada.
