So he was on the pump side? He bought at a higher price, so it was planned with others to run up the share price. And I guess by buying stock to keep the price up, he was doing shareholders a favor? So what does that make him, a great guy?
It's good that the FBI and SEC saw it differently and recognized him for a common stock thief with a group other thieves. Now when he rolled on the others in that stock fraud ring, did he have to give a statement against them?
Poor Hank, ripped off shareholders in a scam to run up share price on a pump and dump.
PS - Did the government also find out about him selling there own building back to them on that property scam? I may have him connected to one of the other crook friends that was spoken about some time back.........
PS - when the share price of that company dumped, did Hank apologize to the shareholders that paid the higher PPS and was damaged from this?
Scam is a scam, people were shammed and degree of involvement does not matter in stock fraud........ Plant plead to reduce his sentence. Even his Attorney believed him, but facing 70 years imprisonment if found guilty tends to give a person cold feet. Nope, the other players that were involved here ran like roaches leaving Plant holding the bag........
