Oh really? What proof can you offer that BA had no clue about this event? You spent time at that office? You got to look at their documentation regarding the contract? The "contract" they got was a faxed "copy" that anyone could have made with enough computer skills...

Im not trying to attack anyone here, im just curious as to how someone can be positive about anything...

The float went from approx 200m shares to who knows where. i heard it got up to 800m before it was all done. none of it was registered. no shareholders approved the addition. so who got the money from 600m shares sold between .01 and .04? def not the share holders...at .02 thats $120m
