I don't get anything out of that statement that I didn't already know. Again, b/c I have made the many phone calls, sent the emails, and done the research, I choose to hold. No visit from naysayers will sway me from my position as only I will make that decision of when/if I will take a different stance here. I choose to hold GRACEFULLY sans any whining, and when/if I feel I no longer understand what is going on with HCPC, like a normal person, I will sell and move on without one word to those currently making it a personal choice to continue to hold. After all everyone here is an adult, so I don't need to tell them how to spend their money.

You will also notice that even though their financials for the last few years have been completely negative - they were still posted on their website in a timely manner. This year is the first "good" year they have had, and the only time their fins have been delayed - which to me says there is more here than currently meets the eye.

Some people see the delay as trying to hide something bad - but why would they start doing that now?>

It makes more sense that they are hiding something good until the deal(s) close.

In addition to that ... no company gets a 3 year audit because they are bored and have nothing else better to spend money on.

There is some good stuff on the way, and if you choose to believe otherwise - just sell and move on.
