"The icebreaker/cutter Mackinaw that Electrowave did has glowing reviews in everything I've read to date (by far not the case with all control systems in the USCG and Navy fleets). So whichever mid-tier yard that gets the contract would certainly have EW in mind for many of the cutters systems."
I wondered how we compared to those other systems.

Sea-Note as always we appreciate your input regarding EW, we do not talk about her as much as I would like. I think EW will make us all very proud soon with some great contracts coming our way. The company just has too much going for it to remain under the radar for much longer.....JMO!!
