I totally disagree. The only thing that bothers me is the possibility that people will try to harass Pilot like they did with other businesses.
What book told you that final negotiations meant they talked a couple of times? How many times did they say they talked? They did not say did they? So why lean to the negative unless you are announcing that you are just a basher? This news makes HFBV look just fine. It shoots these idiots who keep downplaying HFBV's ability to make this work.
I'm not going to say the timing was great, but the substance and timing is fine, and it is what it is. They are showing us what they can do, and when it is finalized, they will again prove the bashers wrong. By the way, many things are possible, but I highly doubt they would PR this info. unless they were nearly 100% sure it was going to be completed. That tells me that they have made some serious negotiations with Pilot. Most likely they are just working out small details at this time.
