You are wrong about the IR guy. He does not have all the info. you people are asking him for, so there is nothing he can sidestep. If you did not notice, the SP went up yesterday--yes I was quite amazed myself, but there is more going on here than just the number of shares in the A/S. We were due for some communication regardless of the AS, so the PR was not a trick.
