And any company who does such dishonest antics is deserving of failure! and any company who pulls such crap and burns investors like that aught to be prosecuted..... it happens, yes, I know, but it is shady tactics and such shadiness is theft in my book.

I suspect the audit is being done now to coorespond with the Cremel/RH/RREH transaction to have initial paperwork completed by June 15th and closing July 15th.
IMO it concerns HCPC as well.
