I totally agree that in todays situation with absolutely no updates on Yonkers it should have 5-7c. Any new updates with development work on apartments started should put it in 10-20c region given that we will be looking for revenues in 6-8 months.

I have not done the right valuation of the properties of colts and yonkers. But 4-5 c is absolutely given with no questions in my mind.

TA didnt happen to mention when those were added did they, or when the update happened?
