Someone is buying, and someone is selling today! It's ALIVE! Well, sort of.......only about 500,000. This equates to approximately a whole $300. Does anyone have a clue here? I sure don't.

Not really much we can do. Too expensive to fight these idiots for pie in the sky and not giving shareholders information. If someone else buys the shell I'd look to sell out of my shares before they do a reverse split (which, is what anyone would do). They'd probably do a 1 for 100 or 1 for 200 reverse, then give themselves shares to get an 80-85% ownership. Unfortunately, all the rest of us could really do is take the loss and/or hound the members on the Board of Directors to infinitum. Any piece of news (2-3 pieces) would move this stock, however if its a new owner you can be absolutely assured they will reverse and dilute this unless they can find 80% of the stock and acquire it.

it really is sad for the shareholders of long standing that they lost that point street landing project and everything else.

i actually feel bad for mcfarlane.

really bad timing in the re market and then those toxic loan deals.

I think it was done in good faith, but the economy went south, and Point Street Landing failed. As a public company with all of those assets this stock would be $2-3 per share and HFA would be the majority owner. - Let this also be a lesson, never deal with Cornell (or a company that has/is).

A SIMPLE press release would be killer. Cornell is hoping their is dilution and its impossible for the stock to ever make a comeback. But, there are ways to deal with Cornell :D ...not to mention ECGR has a huge Net Operating Loss, which would make it outstanding to offset future gains against.

IMO, HFA/ECGR should do a PR, and evaluate the movement. Then make a decision on how they could move forward. Clearly, HFA can (if it doesn't already) own the lion's share of ECGR. They just have to find a way to make it benefit them. Which, is fairly clear on how to do.

you come across a lot of interesting information. Certainly at one time these companies could have been the same company or the way to help finance HFA. Especially since they share the same DNB information and Enclaves is listed as the owner of HFAHoldings.com

By all means, Enclaves did maintain a substantial amount of property, which may be here or there...and may be worth something. Someone should research it.

According to the SEC form filed by Enclaves Homes For America was a developer helping Enclaves... HOWEVER, Enclaves owned the website for Homes for America? Doesn't make sense. Someone could easily make the case (or misunderstanding) that Enclaves and HFA are one and the same.

...Any way... a lot of confusion, however (as always) any news to confirm this or show the company is a viable entity...and I realistically "feel" this could go to $.02 almost instantly. And, therein lies the risk. The company hasn't put out news, BUT if they did...everyone would make a killing.

For me, personally, its worth owning a million + shares in the 'what if' scenario.

I agree after watching the price and volume for over a year now.

Something is brewing and it isn't coffee. This stock is heating up for a good run. Hope we hear what and why soon. Only time will tell.
