The point, abbytraderwin, is that ADCS claimed to have increased the O/S to obtain favorable terms for a piece of property that is owned by a guy that's already on their payroll. It didn't cost ADCS a dime but the shareholders got to fork over almost the entire value of the property up front. What a great deal for them;)
