it's not 3x market value.....the property was sold for $96,000 in 1996!!!

Appraisals determine the value of a property. Post a copy of the appraisal you have to prove your claims. If you can't then obviously you are making things up again.

the shareholders got to fork over almost the entire value of the property up front.

so if you own a house, and you and some partners decide to start a business, would you just give your house and bring it for free in the company? That would be VERY generous! Unfortunately, you won't find anybody doing so unless the other partners would do the same thing (and even in that case, they would not give anything for free to the 'public' shareholders either)
