imo there's very little likelihood the financing won't be available. if they felt there was any chance of that both companies wouldn't have PR'd the deal.
Theres always a chance of anything. Chance of this, id say < 1%, but yep there is a chance.
Although i bet they looked into the financing before they PRd it and made sure they had everything in line. It would be really irresponsible to acquire a company, and THEN begin looking for financing and crossing your fingers you can get it. LMAO
