yeah, you guys are probably right. i guess i'm just used to reading those kinds of "need financing before finalizing" from pinks and you know what that usually means..... :)
I agree with Chev and Brikk. Although my knowledge is somewhat limited in the stock market arena, it just doesn't seem to make any sense to PR something this HUGE if they didn't already have all their ducks in a row. Kind-of like going out house shopping with a pre-qualified mortgage in hand and making an offer versus no pre-qualification, offer, . . . mortgage denied. JMTC.
