hey, i was thinking about the last PR. isn't there a chance that they will not get the financing to finalize the purchase. i know they are all-stars and that ron smith is very competent and that they've come through on anythign i can think of. but, objectively speaking, there is a chance they won't get the financing, right? does anyone know how much of the 23mil(that is the purchase price, right?) they need from financing? all of it?

btw, i gotcha on the VERT thing.
