I would think IDCC would wait to see what the appeal schedule looks like before they move to seperate the cases. If we can get the hearing and decision within 60 days I would think they would wait for the decision. However if were talking more than that timeframe I would think IDCC would rather go ahead and get SAM to the ITC and wait on the appeal.
