If you interchange "during" for "pending", then "during the expedited appeal" can be "at the start of the expedited appeal" or "in the middle of the expedited appeal" or "at the end of the expedited appeal".

Is it possible that IDCC's 8K regarding substantial progress in settlement negotiations is an indirect reference to a positive ITC staff report favoring IDCC? Is it possible this is what prompted NOK to file the motion presided upon by Batts?

I have not researched the timeline of events to confirm this is even a remote possiblity.
