Many who were posting used the word dilution as if shares have enetered the market. Not true. They were restricted shares issued to management so use the word dilution to your liking. GL!
Ahhhhh whistles...again you seem completely oblivious to the most cursory valuations experienced players place on these type of plays.
The fact of the matter is that AQUI's 1B authorized count has been & is always going to be the valuation metric used all the while this stock is pink & your claims of dilution amount to whistlin' dixie because anyone drawing valuations is doing so against a fully maxed authorized count anyways.
So in the interim the increased outstanding count from 714M to 864M is not dilution into the tradable float it's simply a valuation metric for any player who chooses to use the outstanding count as opposed to the fully maxed authorized count when drawing up their valuation models.
