I explained the concept of dilution in the simplest terms possible and it is the correct term. Please read my explanation again. As i said it is dilution of your position, it does not matter if the shares are given to Elvis or buried in Sauves back yard or sold to martians. All it matters is that th O/S has increased considerably.
