I have read the filings and they are quite clear that the outstanding shares have been increased considerably, that is DILUTION. It does not matter if they are restricted for 20 years or 2 days. If somebody cuts a pie into 100 pieces and you buy the rights to 10 pieces, then they decide to really cut the pie into 200 pieces but you still only get 10 pieces you have gone from owning 10% of the pie to only 5% of the pie. Understand dilution? Notice the filing does not say anything about the other 500 million shares? Are they still restricted? Why no mention of them? They do say that they may dilute in the future in the filing, so why would they need more when the 500 million block that is already outstanding?
The red surge continues as it has for months now...... If you peeps are lucky it is just the people in @.05 and this may not go much lower for a while. If it does continue watch out below.
