My biggest concern by far is that Mosh will not have the money for legal fees to go to trial or support a trial. If this happens, would mosh be liquidated with JPM being the one to set the value of Mosh?
Where did the Enron case plantiffs get money to go to trial?
How often does it happen that the little guy loses simply because they cannot afford to carry on? It seems like it is obvious that PXD and JPM is simply trying to drain Mosh of their assets, and the court knows this by now, so even if there was a liquidation process it would have to be done by a third party.
Anyone with insight out there?
