Fung_derf: I enjoyed your explanation, but the restriction may be a probablity, if there's a reverse company merger. I'm not sure if this will happen but I have been reading about some reverse company mergers and one of the ways they get rid of the debt, of the large outstanding shares of an company that's being subsumed, is to restrict the ability of the new shareholder's to sell their stock. This gives the new company to obtain income before having to pay out so much money on the newly issued stock. As a rule, I have seen restrictions of one year. Whether this will happen or not, remains to be seen. This is something I pass on. Good luck to All!!!
