Zacharia....All good points, however, this is why in the penny stock world you see so many death spirals and creative financing deals with investment bankers. There are ways, as I have learned the hard way, to use the stock as collateral, and take the cash now. Leaving the shareholders to deal with the sharks.
The usual sign would be to find out too late that the A/S is ballooning at a rapid rate.
