Triangle. There is no case involving IDCC in California. Let's not cause any more confusion. There is a count in Samsung's Complaint against IDCC in the Del. case alleging a violation of Cal. unfair business law. IDCC has moved to dismiss it. We have got enough cases going around without adding more.
