I wish I could help you. I am in the dark as you are what is causing this selling. It should not be happening but it is.


Interdigital Appealing it in California did not make any sense (to me).

I believe you are combining 2 different cases. IDCC is appealing the injunction ordered by Judge Batts. The Californis issue has to do with the Samsung Frand lawsuit and it is a motion to dismiss a Samsung claim in the case.
