How do you arrive at this conclusion?

The next quarterly update will be their 2008 1Q report. The quarter only ended 3/31/08. So, a fair estimate would be sometime in May to see the 1Q filed with pinksheets.com.

More like evasive, IMO. How can he not know what is going on with his companies share price and more importantly, how can he not have a vague idea about share structure!

This only confirms to me there is still dilution going on here. Next filing will confirm this if I am right (and trust me I never hoped more to be wrong).
