How do you arrive at this conclusion?

"....the info should have been updated on 3-31-08 which it is not."

The next quarterly update will be their 2008 1Q report. The quarter only ended 3/31/08. So, a fair estimate would be sometime in May to see the 1Q filed with pinksheets.com.
