Below is a response I got from Walker. Wasn't very helpfull as you can see. He said that pink sheets is updated quarterly so the info should have been updated on 3-31-08 which it is not.
Information concerning the Company is on pinksheets.com and is updated quarterly. I am not an investment expert and your broker would be the best source for the information you have requested. I can tell you that we are moving forward with our new Brachytherapy program and hope to add new clients in the upcoming months.

I’ve had a hard time contacting anyone in investor relations so I thought I’d go right to the source. I have invested quite a bit of money into your company based on the dd I’ve done, the attractive share structure and the ridiculously low pps. I have a few questions that I hope you will answer that could shed some light on why the pps continues to decrease
-Is the shares structures as listed on pinksheets still current as of today?
- In your opinion, why do you think you share price continues to slide downward?
-There appears to be a bit of manipulation with the stock seeing how there has been a large block trade that only shows up afterhours for the past 2 months nearly everyday. Any comment on this?
-What evaluation would you currently put on the companies pps?
