Threats to close accounts, these do nothing. Only say it if you mean it.
If you get it in writing to one person, it's in their computer system. They aren't allowed to delete them, and they have a records retention policy that won't allow them to hide your communications...
If you get bumped up in the food chain, the higher ups can read all you send them.
