Loop, still got my rose tinted shades on and it looks like prevailing in phase 2 would be a "status quo" result, i.e., the Arb 2 award confirmation remains in place as reported, so no "material" effect to be disclosed. Very interesting, but no material change in what we have been told.
On the second point re the time being taken if all we are waiting on is some number crunching, gotta ask. How often have you seen a billable professional demonstrate efficiency when they had a lock on the situation and time meant money in their pockets? (No offense intended to folks who are fortunate enough to have open season on hours billed.)
Of course, it's also possible that Sammy is not all that cooperative in coughing up their 2006 sales nums for the panel to go to work on(just a slight understatement intended there).
