You simply gather the sales for 2006 and multiply by the percentage established in the Samsung II final award. Bingo, you have what is owed. Figure the interest also set out in Samsung II plus attorney fees and there you have it. If the parties are waiting on a decision for phase 2 and discovery has not been concluded to determine the Samsung 2006 sales, then I am not sure we are getting the best bang for our buck for representation.
