Not in Texas. If it ain't from Texas it ain't no good. Haha. I live in Austin and these folks take that kind of thing real serious. I am not sure if you can work under a General contractor's license.
I'm a sparky too. I wish my customers would let me take my sweet time on renovations. I store like that always needs to be wired in a week or 2 tops. New York is a faster paced place though.Usually the landlord provides a funtional store(complete) & then tenant adds to it to suit their needs. Makes it a little harder than wiring from scratch. Sorry if you guys have had this conversation already. Havn't been reading all the posts lately.
