It is not very pleasant to see this disgrunted person and I believe the company will identify this person very soon. The fact is that the competitor is suffering! But, the fact of the matter is that this person has raised a lot of good questions, which the company deal with on a daily basis. I am very positive that the company's management has good answers for all of them, such as the legality of paying commission to sales rep, or collectibility of the A/R. The Company's financials are audited by a very respected CPA firm under PCAOB oversight. I believe that after a while, perhaps this whole slew of postings will actually make people more comfortable investing in the stock. The reason for that is that the more internal issues are discussed in detail, the more it will lead to a better understanding of the company's business and its potential. I know this company for long.

Hello gilead23.

I am in no way misleading anyone. I will post more informative stuff on Yahoo tonight. Maybe here as well time permitting, regarding the Anti-Kickback Statute. That will be my response to you. I excerpted the relevant test, provided some basic simple interpretation, a legal opinion, fact checking sources and an example of civil monetary penalties assessed for paying sales reps to refer Medicare patients.

I won't post a fact without backing it up or providing means for fact checking. I will state my opinion when i give it (if I remember to do so).

You are resisting the anti-kickback law because it seems so unfair. But it is a federal law, it is aggressively enforced and there is no relief other than the "safe harbors".

Gilead, I failed to respond to all of your issues.

Company had a cash problem as of their last published financials. This is a fact.

The cash problem was cured by forced execution of warrants - not by operations.

Zynex violates the anti-kickback statute. This can not be disputed when you read the text of the statute and see my example of penalties assessed to a past violator.

I will provide you with the single instance in an upcoming post (tonight)

I don't think I said they were heavily compensating reps to draw them away from competitors....those are your words. I said they were paying high referral fee rates to the reps to encourage increase sales volume. I respectfully suggest you re-read that post because you might have missed the point.

In my other posts I touch a little on my motivation.
