Why are you attempting to mislead people regarding the Medicare and Medicaid Patient Protection Act of 1987?

Your assertion seems to be that paying sales reps to sell is illegal. Let me explain to you how the statute really works.

I am a medical provider like ZYNX. I go to Doctor Smith and say "Hey doc smith" tell you what you refer your patients over to me for our units and I'll pay you 10 bucks a patient.

Now the real tough question. Give me a single instance where any company has been pursued by the DOJ for paying their sales reps to promote their product to physicians?

You do realize of course that accusing a company of criminality on knowingly false pretenses would be deemed libel and in turn could subject you to legal action from everyone from investors to the company itself don't you? I can't say I think its likely but in a litigous era I can't say I would be shocked either.

I must say I am very disappointed so far. You have managed to

1. Imply there is a cash problem with the company based on data from 5 months ago

2. Accused the company of criminality and opened yourself up to lawsuits via intentional misinterpretation of a commonly understood statute.

The most interesting thing you have said is that they are heavily compensating reps to draw them away from competitors.

Still waiting for the answer to my other question. In order to fairly judge your motives please explain your interest in the company. I don't need your name but something simple.

You know like
1. I am a competitor losing reps to their ridiculously generous compensation scheme

2. I am a patient who feels the product was inferior

3. The CEO wouldn't let me marry his pet Cocker Spaniel.

Whatever it is I think it abundently fair to ask that you describe why you have such a fascination here.
