First your interest clearly spelled out. Here is mine. I am long ZYNX about 4% of my portfolio. Isn't that simple?

I would also like the example of someone prosecuted based on your version of the statute. I would bet your right arm you can't provide it. For giggles I looked for examples and found lots of flavors of the interpretation everyone else understands but not one flavor of yours
