Monterey, didn't SAM raise the FRAND issue? I can't recall now. Anyway, I personally don't think the FRAND argument will prevail, given the fact that we have so many licensees now. Also, WM said that we are making good progress with one of the litigants in the earnings CC (I'm quite sure this must be SAM). If we settle with SAM in the next few weeks the FRAND issue will be practically moot, IMO.
