IMO:InterDigital's 3G Convenience License with NEC, Sharp,Toshiba, RIM, Apple, LG etc. are FRAND PLA's..available to all under the same "about $2 per phone" terms.
P.S. Yes Apple..since IMO:It was provided by IDCC as an exhibit in the ITC WCDMA action.
