so your saying the company itself is taking the PPS down? thats insane, but if it's true thats really insane

It is not as bad as you think. Believe me. The fact that it has really only dropped to an average of about .029 lately tells me that is pretty strong. Heavy dumping would have it down to sub penny. The other thing is that those shares have been absorbed in the last couple of weeks. There has been well over 20M shares traded since it dropped to .01. Even w/ 20M more, this is pretty cheap pickins. When the selling dies down, this will probably fly. The word just needs to get out. Just wait til more news comes in after this news news pans out.

makesumgravy, Where did you get all this information? Did you speak to the Transfer Agent in the recent past? Between Jan 28th and now, if they sold 20 million shares then we should have seen atleast that many shares being transacted in the market. So, if we add up the 27 days (approximately) of transaction, does it add upto 20 million shares?

If they did sell that much and assuming that they sold it at an average cost of $0.03 then it adds upto $600,000 which is not much considering they are taking part in various programs vis-a-vis MusicRetreat, Marathon ... etc.

So, I'm not sure if the information you got is accurate. All that we can go buy is see how much is being traded in the market ("Market Cap" divided by "Per Share"). It is around 157 million shares.
