They have been selling from the top when it was $3.50. Take a look at the chart. They did not just start selling at .03

The chart pretty much tells the story. This has been a continuation of selling, and the o/s count backs this up.

Here is a better chart and this pretty much illustrates what was occurring.........Mind you retailers had very few shares to sell proceeding the r/s of 20/1.

The Rsi needs to be trending above 50 for this to reverse itself.
