Yep and they have taken alot of money out since the r/s. 8mn shares to 177mn...........equates to and astronomical amount of money considering the share price was $3.50 at one stage and has worked its way down to where its at, and its continuing.

It is called dilution. Very common in pinky's.

If this continues they are gonna drive this company into the ground............this is crazy considering the company has yet to generate revenue, plus they just did a r/s within this last year.

It would have been better to borrow if need be than to do this. It will take more than Pr's to move this if this company is gonna make it............Its beginning to look sour. None of these small pinks should ever have an a/s count of 100mn.........50 million is ideal...............but 200mn almost in less than a year causes real concern.
