Is it possible that the deal with Vicis fell through since they haven't filed with the SEC and thus explaining the dilution that has been going on?
I'm down 50% from buying at what I thought was bottom. Waiting to pull the trigger again when 10k or other positive news reverses the current trend.

Could you explain the diference from 13.4 mil in rev's ended 9/07 per the Beacon report verves the income statement PR'd Friday that shows only 927k in rev's?
I'm a bit confused!
